d) Providing opportunities and assistance to artists and art lovers in arranging cultural programs, meetings, seminars, art exhibitions, dramas, art galleries, libraries, art classes etc.




e) To arrange for collection, preservation, display and publication of regional traditional Sukumar art of Bangladesh especially folk art, folklore, folk songs etc.




f) Collection and preservation of list of artists of all levels in the cultural arena of the district.
